From the CEO's Desk

From everyone at Digested Organics, we hope you and your families are staying healthy and safe. The beautiful leaves and colder temperatures here in Michigan remind us that the seasons are changing, but our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and their families, as well as our customers and supply partners, has not. Over the past two months, we have had the opportunity to deploy our pilot filtration systems to several facilities, including an ethanol plant, a swine farm, and egg washing operation. We have demonstrated how we can cost effectively convert wastewater into clean water plus concentrated fertilizers and animal feed components. If you have a unique application and are looking for customized piloting solutions, please give us a call to arrange a trial for your facility.

Digested Organics Wins First Place in First Ever Manure Challenge!

Digested Organics is pleased to announce that it has won the inaugural Manure Challenge, sponsored by The Yield Lab Institute, Cargill, The Maschhoffs, and WeWork Food Labs. The Challenge recognizes leadership in solving the economic and environmental challenges facing livestock farmers in the 21 st century: “A future where there is less waste means a future where farms are more productive and our ecosystems are healthier.” The company received $50,000 in non-dilutive funding and recognition as the leading waste-to-value solution for livestock producers.
“Our team has been delivering advanced solutions for manure management to farmers for over five years and it is an honor to receive this recognition,” said Robert Levine, Chief Executive Officer at Digested Organics. “We will use this prize money to continue our mission of delivering value-added solutions to hard working farmers who are tasked with the increasingly difficult job of producing our food and caring for our land in a time of climate change.” Check out a video of the winning pitch here.
