Vermont Phosphorus Innovation Challenge Work Underway

R&D Engineer Sam Bagchi is onsite at Vermont Natural Ag Products in Middlebury, VT. Our pilot ultrafiltration system is running raw manure, digested manure, screw-pressed manure, and lagoon effluent to determine how to most cost-effectively concentrate phosphorus from dairy manure into value-added fertilizer products. We are working with Agrilab Technologies and Vermont Natural Ag Products to formulate enriched compost blends using the ultrafiltered concentrate. We look forward to helping improve water quality in the beautiful state of Vermont. Read More.

Connecting the Dots Between Wisconsin Dairy and Water Quality

The Dairy Industry wants to be heard and involved in the inevitable tightening of regulations, which is the purpose of “Dairy Day at the Capitol,” sponsored by the Dairy Business Association. Digested Organics was invited to be a part of this full program of presentations and meetings with state legislators to discuss issues and solutions to dairy sustainability. 2019 is the “Year of Water” in Wisconsin and we are excited about the unanimous support and common interest in engineered solutions.

Digested Organics Supports Being "Dairy Forward" Through Golf

Digested Organics is supporting the Dairy Business Association (DBA) by sponsoring a hole at the 17th Annual Dairy Golf Classic at Fox Hills Resort in Mishicot, WI on Thursday, June 13th. This event helps the DBA to continue to be a dependable resource for farmers and build the dairy community. Follow the event at #DBAgolf.
